In Supreme Court of New York State Greentree has moved for a preliminary injunction that would prevent the Village from enforcing the one-year period for discontinuance of a nonconforming use, which expires approximately on August 31, 2006. The Village’s papers were submitted on Monday, July 17, 2006.
