Millennium Pipeline Update
On December 21, 2006, FERC issued an order accepting the Millennium Pipeline’s filing which it made back in May 2006 where Millennium stated it would end the pipeline in Ramapo, NY and not attempt to cross Haverstraw Bay.
The FERC order is attached. Only paragraphs 121-126 are relevant to the Village of Croton on Hudson.
