FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Croton EMS is Seeking Experienced Individuals for the Recruitment and Retention Committee
Croton EMS is reaching out to the community for individuals to join the Recruitment and Retention Committee in the critical task of growing and maintaining the Croton EMS volunteer membership. Areas for involvement include brand management, public relations, print and digital marketing, social media, graphic design, web design, team building, leadership training, event planning, project managers, brand managers, human resources, and management. Volunteering on this committee offers the satisfaction of giving knowledge and experience back to the community in a way that helps to save lives.
Croton EMS is excited by the prospects offered by the approval of a $16,500 budget for the purposes of recruiting new volunteers and reversing the trend of decreased membership. "With the changing economy and increased challenges that residents face in both personal and professional life, the number of volunteers has been decreasing" says Mark Dickey, 1st Lieutenant of Croton EMS. "With our upcoming recruitment efforts we hope to maintain Croton EMS as a cost-effective volunteer organization that responds to over 800 calls to 911 each year."
There are many people who are still alive because of the quick response of trained volunteer EMS professionals who are able to administer medical attention to patients who may not have a moment to lose. Croton EMS is offering an opportunity for knowledgeable individuals to be a part of the First Responder community by offering a valuable and integral contribution through recruiting and retaining those EMS professionals. Retired professionals, the 9 - 5 workforce, the telecommuter, those who did not feel that hands-on medical care was right for them, or those with limited time -- they can all help.
If you are an experienced individual and interested in volunteering, or wish to find out more, contact Mark Dickey, Chairman of the Recruitment and Retention Committee and 1st Lt. of Croton EMS by email at email@example.com or phone at 914-271-4500 x201. Help Croton EMS grow and maintain its volunteer EMS professional membership.
Croton EMS is also seeking individuals interested in volunteering and providing emergency medical care as an EMS professional. No experience is necessary as all necessary training and equipment is provided. The applicant only needs to offer time and energy for the live-saving emergency response efforts of Croton EMS. Contact Croton EMS at firstname.lastname@example.org to apply or to find out more.
