The New York State Emergency management Office, (NYSEMO), in cooperation with the Westchester County Emergency Management Office, is hosting a program to provide residents with important information on emergency planning for Indian Point. Free KI (potassium iodide) tablets will be distributed.

The Open House is designed to provide residents with information about the County Emergency Response Plan, and to respond to individual questions on a one-on-one basis. Answers will be provided for questions such as:
· How would I know if there was an emergency at Indian Point?
· How do I protect my family’s health and safety?
· When do I take KI (potassium iodide) tablets?
