To submit one of the forms below, completely fill out and the print the application. Submit completed application to the Village Office at 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520 or fax the application to 914-271-2836. Applications will not be processed until all applicable fees are paid.

Accessory Apartment Permit Renewal complies with Section 230-41 of the Zoning Law that requires periodic renewal of Special Permits for Accessory Appartments.
