Yes. Pick up an alarm permit application at the Municipal Building or visit the Police Department Web Page to download a convenient PDF format alarm permit application. The fee is $150 for an initial application and $50 per year thereafter. Permits are reviewed annually. Fines for unlicensed
alarms vary up to $500 for each violation.
False alarms carry the following charges which must be paid by the alarm owner.
