A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton on Hudson, NY, was held on Friday, May 12, 2000, at the Municipal Building, Van Wyck Street, Croton on Hudson, NY 10520.
The following officials were present:
Mayor Elliott Trustee McCarthy
Trustee Harkins Trustee Watkins
Trustee Grant Treasurer Reardon
Attorney Waldman
Absent: Manager Herbek
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
Trustee Grant made a motion to go into Executive Session, seconded by Trustee McCarthy, and approved unanimously, to discuss possible litigation to be instituted by the Village.
The meeting adjourned at 9:40 p.m.
