A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton on Hudson, NY, was held on Wednesday, January 9, 2002, at the Municipal Building, Van Wyck Street, Croton on Hudson, NY 10520.

The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. at the prior request of Trustee McCarthy.
Neil Levy, Esq., was conferenced regarding the Millennium Pipeline.
The Board of Trustees authorized an expenditure of up to an additional $35,000 to have Neil Levy s firm, Kirkland and Ellis, prepare a petition for rehearing of the Millennium Pipeline issue before FERC.
This resolution was moved by Trustee Wiegman, seconded by Trustee Harkins, and passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
