A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton on Hudson, NY, was held on Monday, March 18, 2002, at the Municipal Building, Van Wyck Street, Croton on Hudson, NY
Present: Manager Herbek Mayor Elliott
Trustee Grant Trustee Wiegman
Trustee McCarthy Trustee Harkins
Absent: Treasurer Reardon
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
Motion was made by Trustee Grant, seconded by Trustee Wiegman, and approved unanimously, to go into executive session to discuss a legal matter with respect to the Millennium Pipeline. Representatives from the Village of Briarcliff, the Town of Cortlandt, and the Town of New Castle were also present.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
