A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was held on October 21, 2002, at 7:15p.m. in the Municipal Building, Croton on Hudson, NY.
PRESENT: Mayor Elliott Trustee Grant
Trustee Schmidt Trustee Wiegman
Manager Herbek Trustee McCarthy
Attorney Waldman Special Counsel Michael Gerrard
Trustee Schmidt moved to go into Executive Session to discuss a legal matter involving Metro Enviro. It was also noted that this is a matter of Attorney/ Client Privilege. The motion was seconded by Trustee Wiegman and approved unanimously.
Michael Gerrard presented an oral report and update on Metro Enviro to the Board. No actions were taken in executive session.
The meeting adjourned at 7:50p.m.
