A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was held on December 9, 2002, at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building, Croton on Hudson, NY.
PRESENT: Mayor Elliott Trustee Grant
Trustee Schmidt Trustee Wiegman
Manager Herbek Trustee McCarthy
Trustee Schmidt moved to go into Executive Session to discuss a legal matter involving the Millennium Pipeline with the Village’s counsel, Neil Levy of Kirkland & Ellis. The motion was seconded by Trustee Grant and approved unanimously.
No actions were taken in executive session.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
