A Special Meeting of the Croton on Hudson Board of Trustees was held on Monday, January 20, 2003, at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, Van Wyck Street, Croton on Hudson, New York 10520.

Comprehensive Plan Committee members: Ann Gallelli, Justin Casson,
Paul Doyle, Roger Solymosy
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Trustee Grant to go into Executive Session, seconded by Trustee Schmidt, unanimously approved, to discuss legal matters relating to the Comprehensive Plan in accordance with attorney/client privilege.
The meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
