A Special Meeting of the Croton on Hudson Board of Trustees was held on Tuesday, January 21, 2003, at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton on Hudson, NY 10520.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Trustee Schmidt, seconded by Trustee Grant, and unanimously approved to discuss legal matters involving Metro Enviro with Special Counsel Michael Gerrard of the firm of Arnold and Porter, in accordance with attorney/client privilege.
The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
