A Special Meeting of the Croton on Hudson Board of Trustees was held on Tuesday, April 8, 2003, at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton on Hudson, NY 10520.

Trustee Wiegman Village Attorney Waldman

ALSO PRESENT: Nance Shatzkin and Tom Burniston
The meeting was called to order at 7:20 p.m.
A motion was made by Trustee Wiegman, seconded by Trustee Grant, and unanimously approved to go into executive session to discuss certain real estate matters, landlord tenant issues and potential litigation related to these issues.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
