A Special Meeting of the Croton on Hudson Board of Trustees was held on Monday, April 21, 2003, at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton on Hudson, NY 10520.

ALSO PRESENT: Tom Burniston, Nance Shatzkin, Jacqueline Garrett,
Carol Gorman, Dennis Hanratty
ABSENT: Trustee Schmidt
The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m.
A motion was made by Trustee Wiegman, seconded by Trustee Grant, and unanimously approved to go into executive session to discuss certain real estate matters, landlord tenant issues and potential litigation related to these issues.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
