A Special Meeting of the Croton on Hudson Board of Trustees was held on Monday, July 14, 2003 at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton on Hudson, NY 10520.

ALSO PRESENT: Members of the Planning Board, Comprehensive Plan Committee, Valerie Leis of the Visual Environment Board and Frank Fish of the firm of Buckhurst, Fish & Jacquemart.
ABSENT: Trustee McCarthy
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. The Boards discussed language changes to the draft local law establishing a gateway district within the Zoning Law of the Village.
A motion was then made by Trustee Wiegman, seconded by Trustee Schmidt, and unanimously approved to go into executive session to discuss certain legal matters with regard to the proposed Gateway Overlay District Local Law and potential litigation related to this issue.
The meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
