A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton on Hudson, New York, was held on Tuesday, March 16, 2004, for the purpose of canvassing and certifying the results of the Village Election in conformance with the Election Law:

The meeting was called to order at 9:50 p.m.
The polls were opened at 6:00 a.m.and closed at 9:00 p.m.; voting was conducted at the Community Room, Municipal Building. The Clerk produced the attached returns of the Inspectors of Election and read them aloud.

WHEREAS, on the 16th day of March, 2004, there was held in the Village of Croton on Hudson, NY, the Annual Election of said Village, and WE, the undersigned Board of Trustees of such Village of Croton on Hudson, NY, having duly met at the usual place of meeting at the Village Clerk’s office at 9:50 p.m. on the 16th day of March, 2004, and the Village Clerk having produced at such meeting the returns of the Inspectors of Election of the district at the Municipal Building, as attached.
