An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, June 1, 2004 at the Municipal Building, Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.
On a motion by Trustee Wiegman, seconded by Trustee Kane, the board voted to enter into an Executive session to discuss the Metro Enviro litigation with counsel Michael Gerrard. The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting began at 10:10 PM in the Village Manager’s office.

The Village Board met with Michael Gerrard, Special Counsel with regard to the Metro Enviro legal matter to review the next steps following the decision of the Supreme Court of the State of New York Appellate Division: Second Judicial Department. With a consensus of a majority of the Board it was decided that Special Counsel Michael Gerrard, Village Attorney Seymour Waldman and Village Manager Richard Herbek would meet with representatives of Metro Enviro at their request.
The Executive Session ended at 11:10 PM.
