An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, July 26, 2004 at the Municipal Building, Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.
On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Wiegman, the board voted to enter into an Executive session to discuss the possible acquisition of real property. The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting began at 8:00 PM in the Village Manager’s office.

Absent: Trustee Schmidt, Trustee Grant
The Village Board met with Village Attorney, Seymour Waldman, to discuss the possible purchase of property located at Route 129.
The Executive Session ended at 8:30 PM.
