An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Thursday, August 12, 2004 at the Municipal Building, Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.
On a motion by Trustee Schmidt, seconded by Trustee Wiegman, the board voted to enter into an Executive session to discuss the Metro Enviro legal matter. The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting began at 7:30 PM in the Village Manager’s office.

The Village Board met with Michael Gerrard, Special Counsel with regard to the Metro Enviro legal matter.
