A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, August 16, 2004 at the Municipal Building, Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.
The following officials were present:
Mayor Elliott Trustee Schmidt
Trustee Wiegman Trustee Kane
Manager Herbek Trustee Grant
Attorney Gerrard Village Engineer O’Connor
Village Attorney Waldman
Absent: Treasurer Zambrano
On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Grant, the board voted to enter into an Executive session to discuss the Metro Enviro legal matter. The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting began at 7:30 PM in the Village Manager’s office.
The Village Board met with Michael Gerrard, Special Counsel with regard to the Metro Enviro legal matter.
On a motion by Trustee Grant, seconded by Trustee Schmidt, the board voted to cancel the Regular Board Meeting scheduled for August 23, 2004 and to call a Public Information Meeting on September 7, 2004 at 8:00 p.m. to further discuss the Metro Enviro legal matter. The motion was approved unanimously.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
