A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, February 7, 2005 at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Schmidt, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted to enter into an Executive session to discuss legal matters relating to the Croton Point Associates Property. The reasons for going into executive session were to discuss a real estate matter, potential litigation, under attorney/client privilege. The motion was approved unanimously. The executive session began at 8:30 p.m. in the Village Manager’s office. No action was taken at this meeting.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
