The Annual Organization Meeting of the Village of Croton on Hudson was held on Monday, April 4, 2005 at the Municipal Building, Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.
The following officials were present:

The meeting was called to order at 8:10 pm; everyone joined in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Peggy Keesler, Village Clerk, conducted the filing of oath of office to the newly elected Mayor and members of the Board of Trustees.
Mayor Schmidt announced the following items; full text is file in the Village Office:
1) Trustee Wiegman made a motion to approve the meeting place, time, dates as presented. Trustee Kane seconded the motion, approved unanimously.

3) Trustee Kane made a motion to approve the Office Depositories as presented; seconded by Trustee Brennan, approved unanimously.

4) Trustee Wiegman made a motion to approve the setting of employee bond levels at $500,000; seconded by Trustee Kane, approved unanimously.
Mayor Schmidt asked for volunteers and input for appointments to various committees. He stated that resumes can be delivered to the Village Office or faxed to the Village Office at 914 271-2836.
