A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, April 11, 2005 at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Steinberg, seconded by Trustee Wiegman, the board voted to enter into an Executive session to discuss the Metro Enviro legal matter. The motion was approved unanimously. The executive session began at 9:30 p.m. in the Village Manager’s office. No action was taken at this meeting.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
