A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, April 18, 2005 at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Steinberg, seconded by Trustee Wiegman, the board voted to enter into an Executive session to discuss a real estate matter concerning the vacant Katz Property across from the Van Wyck Shopping Center. The motion was approved unanimously. The executive session began at 9:30 p.m. in the Village Manager’s office. No action was taken at this meeting.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 9:40 p.m.
