A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton on Hudson, NY, was held on Tuesday, May 31, 2005, at the Municipal Building, Van Wyck Street, Croton on Hudson, NY 10520.
The following officials were present:

Trustee Kane
Treasurer Zambrano
1. The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. for the purpose of approving vouchers to close the fiscal year 6/1/04 – 5/31/05.
General Fund: $21,956.55
Water Fund: 2,401.44
Capital Account: 9,866.47
Trust & Agency: 6,500.00
TOTAL $40,724.46
Trustee Kane made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mayor Schmidt. The meeting adjourned at 10:20 a.m.
