A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton on Hudson, NY, was held on Monday, August 29, 2005 at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton on Hudson, NY 10520. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Schmidt at 10:00 pm.

Village Engineer O’Connor
On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Brennan, the Board voted to enter into an executive session to discuss a matter involving the possible acquisition of real property. The motion was approved unanimously.
No actions were taken in executive session. At 10:15pm Trustee Kane made a motion to return to public session. The motion was seconded by Trustee Brennan and approved unanimously.
