A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton on Hudson, NY, was held on Monday, December 12, 2005 at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton on Hudson, NY 10520. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Schmidt at 7:30pm.

The work session for the evening consisted primarily of Recreation Department discussion items. The following agenda topics were discussed by Recreation Superintendent Susan Menz with the Board of Trustees and the Recreation Advisory Committee:

The Board also discussed Local Law Introductory Number 5 of 2005 which would provide for a run-off election in the event of a tie vote in a Village election. This will be included on the agenda of the December 19, 2005 Village Board Meeting.
At 9:35pm, on a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Steinberg, the Board voted to enter into an executive session to discuss a matter involving the rental of real property and also a conference call with Special Counsel Neil Levy to discuss the Millennium Pipeline litigation. The motion was approved unanimously.
No actions were taken in executive session. At 10:45pm Trustee Kane made a motion to return to public session. The motion was seconded by Trustee Brennan and approved unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 10:45pm.
