A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, January 3, 2005 at theStanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Wiegman, the board voted to enter into an Executive session to discuss the minutes of the Executive Session held on November 15, 2004. The motion was approved unanimously. The executive session began at 8:50 PM in the Village Manager’s office. No action was taken at this meeting.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
