A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Thursday, May 11th at 4:00 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

Treasurer Zambrano
Village Engineer O’Connor
Assistant to Village Manager Janine King
On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted to enter into an executive session on a matter of potential litigation and real estate. The motion was approved unanimously. No action was taken by the Board at this meeting. The Executive Session was adjourned at 5:30 pm.
