A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, May 15th at 9:50 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

Village Attorney Stecich
On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Wiegman, the Board voted to enter into an executive session on a matter of potential litigation and personnel matters. The motion was approved unanimously. A resolution was unanimously approved to retain James Greilsheimer of Blank Rome to assist the Village with possible litigation with 1A Croton Point Avenue. The Executive Session was adjourned at 10:30 pm.
