A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Wednesday May 31st at 7:30 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.
The following officials were present:

Assistant to Village Manager King
1. Discussion of interviewing process for the retaining of a new firm to represent the Village. The Village Manager has received expressions of interest from five well-qualified firms and it was agreed that all five would be interviewed. The dates selected were June 6th, June 7th, June 20th, June 21st, and June 22nd.
2. Agreement with Asbury Methodist Church
The contract with Asbury Methodist Church for the use of its parking lot was to expire on May 31st. The new contract desired by the church called for more than doubling the current fee of $2,900. The Board agreed that they could not accept this contract and authorized the Village Manager to convey this information to Walter Gillis of Asbury Methodist Church.
3. Bicycle Pedestrian Committee
A group of residents has formed a bicycle and pedestrian committee and has asked to meet with the Board to discuss its goals. The Board agreed to meet with this group at 7:30pm before the June 5th Board Meeting.
4. Comprehensive Plan Committee
A tentative date for a joint work session with the Comprehensive Plan Committee was set for July 17th.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00pm.
