A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Wednesday, June 21st at 8:30 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

Special Counsel Gerrard
Assistant to the Village Manager King
On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Wiegman, the Board voted to enter into an executive session on a matter of pending litigation involving 1A Croton Point Avenue. The motion was approved unanimously. No action was taken at this meeting.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 9:30 pm.
