A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday August 21, 2006 at 7:30 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

Village Treasurer Zambrano
Special Counsel Gerrard
Absent: Trustee Brennan
On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted to enter into an executive session on a matter of pending litigation involving 1A Croton Point Avenue.
No action was taken during this executive session.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 9:10 pm.
