A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday September 18 2006 at 9:15 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

Village Treasurer Zambrano
Village Attorney Staudt
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted to enter into an executive session to discuss the Hudson National Certiorari case and other land use matters involving Hudson National Golf Club.
No action was taken during this executive session.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 10:30 pm.
