A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday September 25, 2006 at 7:30 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted to enter into an executive session on a matter of pending litigation involving the property with Parcel ID# Section 78.12, Block 3, Lot 2, Section 78.12, Block 3, Lot3 and with 1A Croton Point Avenue.
No action was taken during this executive session.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 8:40 pm.
