A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Tuesday October 3, 2006 at 11:00 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

Village Attorney Staudt
On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted to enter into an executive session to discuss three issues:
1. On a matter of pending litigation involving the property with Parcel ID# Section 78.12, Block 3, Lot 2, Section 78.12, Block 3, Lot 3
2. On a matter of pending litigation involving the property at 1A Croton Point Avenue
3. The Hudson National Certiorari Case and other land use matters involving Hudson National Golf Club
No action was taken during this executive session.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 11:40 pm.
