A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Tuesday October 10, 2006 at 7:35 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Brennan, the Board voted to enter into an executive session to discuss two issues:
1. On a matter of pending litigation involving the property with Parcel ID# Section 78.12, Block 3, Lot 2, Section 78.12, Block 3, Lot 3
2. The Hudson National Certiorari Case and other land use matters involving Hudson National Golf Club
No action was taken during this executive session.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 8:50 pm.
