A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday November 27, 2006 at 7:30 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Gallelli, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted to enter into an executive session on three matters of pending litigation:
1. 1A Croton Point Avenue
2. Striclin Realty
3. Hudson National
No action was taken during this executive session.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:15 pm.
