A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday December 11, 2006 at 9:10 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

The following officials were present:

Trustee Brennan
Trustee Kane
Trustee Gallelli
Trustee Wiegman
Manager Herbek
Village Treasurer Zambrano
Village Engineer O’Connor
On a motion by Trustee Wiegman, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted to enter into an executive session on three matters:
1. Lease of real property
2. Pending litigation with 1A Croton Point Avenue
3. Personnel matters involving the employment history of particular employees
No action was taken during this executive session.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 9:50 pm.
