An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Tuesday January 16, 2007 at 10:10 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Wiegman, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted 4-0 with Trustee Brennan abstaining to enter into an executive session to discuss pending litigation involving 1A Croton Point Avenue and Stricklin Realty.

Special Counsel Silverman connected by speakerphone during the discussion on Striclin Realty
The following motion was made by Trustee Wiegman, seconded by Trustee Kane:
To request the Village Manager to try to schedule the meeting that Gordon Reger is requesting with the Village Board with Village Counsel present. The motion was approved by the Board with Trustees Gallelli, Kane and Wiegman voting in favor of the motion and Mayor Schmidt and Trustee Brennan voting no.
On a motion by Trustee Wiegman, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 11:10pm.
