An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, January 29, 2007 at 9:45 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Gallelli, seconded by Trustee Wiegman, the Board voted 4-1 with Trustee Brennan voting no to enter into an executive session to discuss pending litigation involving 1A Croton Point Avenue.

No action was taken at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Wiegman, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:50pm.
