An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at 8:30 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Wiegman, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted 4-1 with Trustee Brennan voting no to enter into an executive session to discuss pending litigation involving 1A Croton Point Avenue.

No action was taken at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Wiegman, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 11:25pm.
