An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday February 12, 2007 at 10:25 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.
On a motion by Trustee Gallelli, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted 5-0 to enter into an executive session to discuss pending litigation involving 1A Croton Point Avenue and Striclin Realty.

The following motion was made by Trustee Wiegman, seconded by Trustee Kane:
To request that the Village Manager schedule a meeting with Nicholas Caputo of Greentree with the Village Board and Special Counsel Gerrard present on February 22, 2007. The motion was approved by the Board with Trustees Gallelli, Kane and Wiegman voting in favor of the motion and Mayor Schmidt and Trustee Brennan voting no.
On a motion by Trustee Gallelli, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:35pm.
