An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at 9:50 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss pending litigation involving 1A Croton Point Avenue.
