The Annual Organization Meeting of the Village of Croton on Hudson was held on Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at the Municipal Building, One Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

The meeting was called to order at timeHour20Minute58:05 pm; everyone joined in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Peggy Keesler, Village Clerk, conducted the filing of oath of office to the re-elected Mayor and Trustees Gallelli and Brennan and newly elected Trustee Konig.
Mayor Schmidt announced the following items; full text is file in the Village Office:
1) Trustee Brennan made a motion to approve the meeting place, time, dates as presented. Trustee Kane seconded the motion, approved unanimously.
2) Trustee Brennan made a motion to approve the Official Newspapers as the Gazette and the Journal News. Trustee Gallelli seconded the motion; approved unanimously.
3) Trustee Brennan made a motion to approve the Official Depositories as JP Morgan/Chase Bank, Wachovia, Hudson Valley, CLASS, HUBCO, Commerce Bank seconded by Trustee Gallelli, approved unanimously.
4) Trustee Kane made a motion to approve the setting of employee bond levels as presented; seconded by Trustee Brennan, approved unanimously.
