An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, May 14, at 7:35 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.
On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss a personnel issue.

No action was taken at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 7:45 pm.
At 9:50 pm, on a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted to unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss pending litigation with Hudson National.
No action was taken at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:20 pm.
