An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, July 2, 2007 at 9:00 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss pending litigation involving Striclin Realty.

No action was taken at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 9:10 pm.
