An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, July 9, 2007 at 7:30 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, Street1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss proposed and pending litigation involving the Hudson National Golf Club.

Trustee Konig (arrived at 8:15pm)
Village Treasurer Zambrano
Village Engineer O’Connor
No action was taken at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 8:40 pm.
