An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, July 16, 2007 at 10:30 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.
On a motion by Trustee Konig, seconded by Trustee Brennan, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss pending litigation involving Striclin Realty and 1A Croton Point Avenue.

No action was taken at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:40 pm.
